These statements apply to Booster Financial Services Limited and its subsidiaries ('Booster'), including all websites and applications ('apps') operated or offered by Booster.

Personal information is any information (in any form) about you, that we collect in order to provide you with Booster products and services, including apps.

This includes information that you have directly entered into any website form and any app provided by Booster.

When you visit any Booster website, we may collect and store the following information:

  • the search terms you use to find our site
  • which web page you enter our site from

By completing any forms or entering personal information on any website or app (including downloading any app), you agree to Booster supplying, at its discretion, securely to third parties any personal information collected and stored to carry out market research for Booster.

You also agree to any third party collecting and storing information on behalf of Booster where Booster has contracted so with that third party.

Call recording

Booster may record and store all incoming and outgoing calls for training and quality assurance purposes.

Apart from audio recordings of each call, we may also store the time, date and duration of the call, and the phone numbers involved.

Customer information

If you are a customer of Booster we may collect and retain all information you choose to provide during registration.

In addition, we will retain information about your requests for our products and services, and your other interactions with us, for example your account balances.

We may also collect information about you from public records or, with your permission, from third parties.
